How easy is it to make changes to a Skyte product?

Well, with decades of experience we are able to customise your product and can make changes to height, length and depth of the furniture.

What is your lead time for delivering the products?

As all our furniture is made after full payment has been received, we will endeavour to have this leaving the factory within 10-15 days after payment. This may be delayed if the fabric is not in stock, however we will advise you if this the case. Delivery may take up to 7 days depending on the address within New Zealand. Please review our Terms of Service.

What is your delivery procedure?

Upon delivery from the freight company please check for any defects to the packaging and furniture before signing delivery receipt. It is most important to do this while the carrier is still with you. Please enter any damage on the delivery receipt, or electronic signature receipt. If it is signed as all okay, and you find damage later on, the delivery company is not responsible for the defect and neither is Skyte Furnishings. If there is damage noted we will either arrange for the product to be returned to us, or we have the option to use an outside tradesperson to repair on our behalf. Please see our Terms of Service

How do we contact you with requests or questions?

By using the online chat widget or by email as shown on the ‘contact us’ section on the website. This will be replied to within 24 hours during the Monday to Friday work days. How do I obtain a sample of fabric from Warwick Fabric

You can obtain a fabric sample by calling Warwick Customer Service on 0800 922 000, or by browsing their collections online and adding to their shopping cart. You may request up to 7 fabric samples. They will be sent to you free of charge, New Zealand wide.

What methods can I pay?

We have a range of payment options available to make payment as easy as possible for you. These include Bank Transfer, Stripe, Humm or AfterPay.
