Upon delivery from the freight company please check for any defects to the packaging and furniture before signing delivery receipt. It is most important to do this while the carrier is still with you. Please enter any damage on the delivery receipt, or electronic signature receipt.
If it is signed as all okay, and you find damage later on, the delivery company is not responsible for the defect and neither is Skyte Furnishings.
If there is damage noted we will either arrange for the product to be returned to us, or we have the option to use an outside tradesperson to repair on our behalf.
